Step aboard the Shenron, a newly refurbished 24-meter phinisi offering exceptional dive cruises to Komodo and Alor. With just four double cabins, the vessel offers an intimate and personalized experience for a maximum of eight guests. Each cabin includes a comfortable double bed, private bathroom with hot-water shower, individual ventilation, charging ports, and ample storage—ensuring a relaxing stay between dives.
Shared spaces aboard the Shenron include an open-air dining area where the onboard chef serves a delicious mix of Indonesian and Western cuisine, and a cozy indoor lounge ideal for reviewing dive footage or unwinding with a book. Between dives, guests can lounge on the sundeck and enjoy panoramic views of Indonesia’s spectacular island scenery.
Location
All trips depart from Labuan Bajo while the vessel's Komodo itineraries showcase exhilarating drift dives, colorful reefs teeming with marine life, and the chance to spot majestic manta rays. You’ll also have the chance to embark on land excursions to witness the iconic Komodo dragons up close and soak in sweeping island vistas. Meanwhile, Alor boasts crystal-clear waters, varied underwater terrain, and an abundance of macro life—making it a paradise for underwater photographers and critter lovers alike.
Dive Overview
There is an amazing and huge variety of fishes, breathtaking and untouched coral reefs, big fishes hunting actions, and pelagic fishes at nearly every dive site around the Komodo National park. You will also be able to observe numerous whitetip and blacktip reef sharks and with a little bit of luck, you can encounter bigger sharks like the Grey Shark and the Hammerhead Sharks!
You will be able to dive remote dive sites that daily trips cant reach. You will discover the beauty of the South of Komodo and its legendary dive sites such as 3 sisters, and hopefully, meet the Blue Whales sometimes spotted from the boat in South Komodo!
